We could attempt to offer our own interpretation of the film but we think it's best coming from Melodie herself:

White lilies traditionally symbolise chastity as well as virtue and were the symbol of the Virgin Mary’s purity, but Lilies are also a symbol of death, and at one time lilies were placed on the graves of young innocents. The video is a study of a young woman and her loss of innocence, shown through her clothes and make-up coming to life and taking over the character's body and face, gradually possessing her.
